The fabric collection is inspired by Civil War fabrics, accurately reproduced in the classic colors brick, gold, cadet blue, old green and brown. These prints will inspire you to go back in time to when things were simpler and crafting with your hands was how you created a quilt for your home. We'll learn that we are truly "Kindred Spirits" with those who have sewn before us!
Club is the 2nd Saturday of every month at 10 a.m. beginning January 2016.
Or, if you prefer, join us on the 2nd Monday of each month for a free day of sewing at the THREADS after the Club meeting. You are welcome to bring your machine and supplies and stay and stitch on your project. We will be available in the Shop for questions and help throughout the day as you stitch. Club on Monday begins at 10 a.m.
The pattern set for the 2016 club features six designs ranging in size from 11 1/2" x 13 1/2" to 40" x 51 1/2". Club kits include both the pattern and the fabric. Cost of the Club membership is $15 for the entire 6 months. As a Club member, you will receive a pattern and kit for each of the six projects pictured above. Kit prices will vary between $25-$40. You will also receive a free pattern for a mini-quilt that can be made from scraps from the Club projects. As a special incentive, the $15 membership fee will be deducted from kit purchases throughout the six months.
